Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in the original packaging

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

Return Process

​

To start a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

​

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact our support team.
